Terms of Use

The “Terms” that are mentioned here are effective as of October 8th, 2018 and govern your access, Slide Show Maker Lite Application, or any mobile applications made available by Slide Show Maker Lite.

By using or accessing the Slide Show Maker Lite Services you: (1) acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including our privacy policy; (2) represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms (including all of the terms and conditions specified or referenced below, including the Privacy Policy); and (3) agree that you are entering into and agree to adhere to these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Terms, or you do not have such authority, or you do not meet the eligibility requirements, you should cease any and all access or use of the Slide Show Maker Lite Services.

Access to the Slide Show Maker Lite Services

Slide Show Maker Lite hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license, without the right to grant or authorize sublicensees, to use the Slide Show Maker Lite Services, provided that you will use the Slide Show Maker Lite Services only as permitted by these Terms.

Basic Rules

You understand and agree that:

1. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your Apple ID or is associated with your account.
2. Use the Slide Show Maker Lite Services only for personal purposes (you may not use them for commercial purposes).

Do not:

1. Use the Slide Show Maker Lite Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
2. Violate our Privacy Policy.
3. Modify or adapt the Slide Show Maker Lite Services, or create or modify another website or mobile application so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Slide Show Maker Lite or the Slide Show Maker Lite Services.
4. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Slide Show Maker Lite Services or its systems or networks, or access Slide Show Maker Lite's private API by any means other than in compliance with rules we set on API access.
5. Resell or charge others for use of or access to the Slide Show Maker Lite Services.
6. Duplicate, reproduce, transfer, give access to, copy or distribute any part of the Slide Show Maker Lite Services in any medium without ProArt's prior written authorization.
7. Attempt to reverse compile, reverse engineer, alter, make derivative works of, disassemble, or modify any part of the Slide Show Maker Lite Services.
8. Access any part of the Slide Show Maker Lite Services in order to build a similar or competitive service.
9. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Slide Show Maker Lite Services or data.

We reserve the right, for any reason and without notice at any time, to:

1. Modify or terminate the Slide Show Maker Lite Services.
2. Refuse or deny access to theSlide Show Maker Lite Services to anyone.

Slide Show Maker Lite Content. The Slide Show Maker Lite Services contain Content owned by Slide Show Maker Lite and its licensors (collectively the “Slide Show Maker Lite Content"). The Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and its licensors own and retain all rights in the content and SSM Lite owns and retains all interest and rights in and to the services. SSM Lite hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to reproduce and display the ProArt Content (excluding any software code) for your non-commercial personal use solely in connection with your use of the Slide Show Maker Lite Services.

Certain Slide Show Maker Lite Content may be subject to additional fees or charges. You acknowledge and agree that your purchase of any such content is restricted to the purchase and sale of a license to such Slide Show Maker Lite Content, and shall not convey ownership of any such Slide Show Maker Lite Content or intellectual property rights to you. 

In-app purchases. The Slide Show Maker Lite  Services may include virtual strings or services that can be licensed for a fee, typically via an in-app purchase ("Purchased Content"). You may only license Purchased Content if you are over 18 years old, and only on a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable and revocable basis for non-commercial use only. Slide Show Maker Lite reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Purchase Content at any time. Upon the Purchased Content being made available to you, Slide Show Maker Lite's obligations to provide Purchase Content are deemed fulfilled, and Slide Show Maker Lite makes no representation that Purchased Content will be available to the purchaser for any length of time nor that the Slide Show Maker Lite Services will continue to support Purchased Content.

Premium Subscription. • With an Slide Show Maker Lite Pro subscription, you have access to all features and paid content including 10,000+ music, filter packages etc. Watermark and advertisements will be removed with the start of your subscription.• Premium subscription is billed monthly or annually at the rate corresponding to the selected plan. In addition, a one-time payment is also offered if needed, which is not one of the subscription plan.• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal.• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.• We currently offer the following 3 subscription plans: USD $4.99/Week, USD $9.99/Month, & USD $49.99/Year.• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

SUBJECT TO MANDATORY LEGISLATION, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Slide Show Maker Lite IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR PURCHASED CONTENT FOR ANY REASON, AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED PURCHASED CONTENT, WHETHER YOUR LOSS OF LICENSE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY.

Service Interruption

There may be occasions when the Slide Show Maker Lite Services are interrupted for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and equipment. SSM Lite encourages you to maintain your own backup of your User Content. In other words, Slide Show Maker Lite is not a backup service.
